which would further help the Scrum Team to develop a mind-set where the Team inculcates a professional Communication habit to have a healthy Conflict which is focused on
"Ideas over Attitude"
In deed, LEAN not only teaches us to minimize the waste of work but I believe it also gives us a lesson to minimize the waste of unnecessary communication to minimize interpersonal conflict of attitude which ultimately hampers the flow of work. LEAN not only focuses on eliminating or minimizing Non-Value added time i.e. a “Waste” to improve & intensify the Creation Process but also gives us a very crucial lesson as Scrum Master to self-practice & Coach the team to maintain consistently but eliminate or minimize non-value words within Scrum Team & Organization i.e. again a “Waste” in order to control the Conflict of Ego & Attitude as well as better focus on each iteration while practicing Scrum.
A a responsible Scrum Master who is titled as True Leader according to scrumguide2020, we must ensure that conflict must happen among team members, as conflict is a sign of a vibrant team, in order to get diverse options of problems & solutions to discover & choose from; that perfectly fits the customer requirement but a good Scrum Master must make sure & nudge the team with open questions so that the team focuses on conflict of ideas rather than conflict in person.
